About Me
I am a cross country runner at heart and a mother to energetic young twins. I absolutely love to exercise but know how difficult it can be to find the time to work out. I became a personal trainer to help and encourage others prioritise their fitness and ultimately live longer and healthier lives.
My personal training will push you to achieve more than you thought possible with the time and resources you have at hand. Time dedicated to fitness should be a treat and not a chore, and my philosophy is to design bespoke sessions which provide you with the tools to make long term lifestyle changes.
I work with complete beginners as well as those with specific fitness goals. Whatever your starting level, I will help you to achieve noticable results in your fitness and teach you the skills to continue along this path in your own time.
