
Group Training and Boot Camps
Training in pairs or groups can be a great way to boost your motivation. Pair and group training programmes are designed in the same way as 1-to-1 personal training programmes. Each session will be bespoke to those involved and not all members need to start with the same fitness level to each receive a challenging workout.
You will be working together to push each other’s limits and by the end of each session you will be congratulating each other on your progress.
I also organise and run boot camps for hen do’s and team building events! These are great fun and are game focussed so that they remain accessible for all fitness abilities. If you have a fitness fanatic hen or an office full of people wanting to get fit then this is a great way to bring everyone together. Even those who might feel a bit nervous about a physical activity will find themselves getting involved and will leave with a smile on their face having had a good laugh.
